b) Education for improving a new “Creative Class” for high-tech leadership.

c) International rising of  brain evolution and global consciousness .

d) Attracting investment for creative enterprises in science culture.

-         Network partners of “ON-NS &A / / VIE”  use the same LOGO for common initiatives, programmes and projectsm;  they works together as administratively and legally independent corporate entities.
